In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks

• Learning and independently performing nursing and care tasks for our clients, always paying attention to their individual needs and available resources
• Learning the nursing process, creating a care plan, and carrying out targeted nursing measures under professional guidance

You bring with you

• For the 3-year HF nursing training, a completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence or a secondary school leaving certificate
• For the shortened training (2 years), a FaGe apprenticeship certificate with at least grade 5 and six months of work experience
• A passed aptitude test at the ZAG or CBZ education centre
• Personal skills, a high degree of initiative and independence, psychological and physical resilience, and very good observation, decision-making, and reflection skills
• Optionally your own car (mileage allowance by Spitex) or a category B driving licence
