YOUR TASKS
- Commissioning of complex humidification, dehumidification, and water treatment systems
- Adjustments, maintenance, servicing, and repair work on humidification systems with direct room, adiabatic air, steam air, and comfort humidification as well as evaporative coolers, dehumidification systems, adsorption dryers, and water treatment systems
- Installation of adiabatic air humidification systems
- Parameterization and commissioning of controls and regulation systems
- Technical support and consulting for customers and partner companies
- Advising customers on service-specific products and services and selling these services
- Technical support for our field staff
- Feasibility assessments and collaboration with internal specialist departments
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed vocational training in the electrical, refrigeration, or sanitary sector and/or technical basic training with solid experience as a service technician
- Good knowledge in electronics, automation systems, and control technology is an advantage
- Positive attitude as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Organizational and sales flair
- Reliability and quality awareness
- Interest in technological advances and further education
