Your Tasks
- You support specialists in day-to-day business matters such as rent changes, apartment handovers, and utility billings, as well as in the preparation of final accounts and in debt collection
- You provide telephone advice to tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities and give information
- You process terminations
- You prepare repair orders and issue them
- You check and post the creditors
- You create tenant billings, record property condition reports, and are responsible for general data maintenance
- You perform administrative tasks and process tenant correspondence
Your Profile
- You have completed a KV apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent education (e.g., construction draftsman)
- You have solid commercial work experience, preferably from our industry, and are willing to learn new things
- Your native language is German, and ideally, you can communicate in other languages both orally and in writing
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You embody the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology and can apply new technologies
- You possess self-learning competence and enjoy sharing your knowledge
