Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with CAM Experience
Tasks
- Program, set up and operate 5-axis turning/milling centres (DMG Mori)
- Manufacture workpieces from nickel- and cobalt-based alloyed materials
- Carry out independent programming directly at the machine and at the CAM workstation
- Inspect finished parts and ensure their documentation
- Produce clamping gauges, fixtures and prototypes
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable training
- Several years of experience in mechanical processing
- Sound knowledge of Siemens controls CLX750 and CTX1250 Gamma
- Good to very good knowledge of Mastercam and preferably CAM experience
- Independent and precise working style with a high quality standard
