Our versatile team supports clients in their international business around commodity financing. In this strategic and exciting field, we are looking for an Account Officer for the Commodity Trade Finance area.
Your tasks
- Acquisition of commodity financing transactions
- Administrative support of commodity financing transactions (recording in the monitoring tool, monitoring hedge positions and triggering the associated margin payments, requesting documents, goods releases, general payment releases, booking of fixed advances, revenue accounting, etc.)
- Conducting transaction-related due diligence activities such as sanctions and reputational risk checks as well as processing compliance pending issues related to the corresponding cash flows
- Coordination with the documentation department within Zürcher Kantonalbank
- Management of warehouse lists
- Client visits and participation in client events
Your profile
- Completed higher education in banking and finance (HF, FH, University)
- You enjoy building and developing long-term client relationships and are happy to go the extra mile for this
- Your self-motivated, inclusive, and resilient personality distinguishes you
- Good German and very good English skills with strong communication abilities – any additional language is a plus
- We are looking for a pronounced team player
