As a subsidiary of the Securitas Group, we are the leading company for fire prevention systems in Switzerland. Contrafeu AG designs, plans, and installs extinguishing systems for preventive fire protection. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic personality as an assistant to the management.
Our team at the Zollikofen location needs reinforcement. Therefore, we are looking for a committed personality who enjoys taking responsibility and developing the back office in plant construction together.
Your impact with us
- You take over the administrative support in the back office of plant construction at the Zollikofen location and ensure the smooth running of daily processes
- You are responsible for billing project expenses and ensure correct, timely processing
- You support project managers in organizational and administrative matters and actively contribute to efficient project management
- You prepare offers according to internal guidelines and ensure precise and structured documentation
What you ideally bring
- You have a commercial basic education and already have professional experience
- You have good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
- You are IT-savvy and have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally Abacus
- You are a team player, conscientious, and independent personality who remains calm in hectic situations
