The Department of Technology & Logistics is responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and further development of the entire IT and radio infrastructure, the service vehicles, as well as the reception and postal services. Larger technology and infrastructure projects are centrally managed by us.
As reinforcement for our Project Management & Engineering team, we are looking for an
IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Overall responsibility for projects related to organizational and process optimization as well as the introduction of new IT solutions and applications
- Analysis and potential identification to optimize operational processes with the creation of concrete roadmaps
- Concepts and studies: development of scenario analyses and solution variants in collaboration with internal and external specialists
- Procurement management: selection, contract negotiations, and procurement of hardware and software solutions
- Agile methods: promotion of agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, Hermes agile) and continuous improvement processes
- Change management: support of employees during technology introductions through communication, training, and support
What distinguishes you
- Several years of project experience in managing complex projects with classical and agile methods
- Completed studies (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related field
- Personal profile: analytical and conceptual thinking, networked mindset as well as high communication and teamwork skills, strong presentation skills, and confident appearance
- Language skills: very good German and good English skills in technical terminology
- Additional qualifications (advantageous): certifications in project management, requirements engineering, or process management (HERMES, Scrum, IPMA, IREB) as well as AI experience
