• Competent and warm guest service
• Receiving and coordinating reservations in the hotel, restaurant, and wellness areas
• Regional information and concierge services
• Professional handling of complaints
• Managing and balancing your own cash register and daily closing
• Working with the hotel software Protel
• Cross-departmental collaboration
• General administrative tasks

• Completed commercial vocational training in the hotel industry
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are required
• Experience in upscale hotels is a prerequisite
• Confident use of the hotel software Protel is required
• A driving license must be available, as shuttle drives with the hotel’s own bus must be taken over as a substitute (also in snow)
• A friendly, likeable, and confident demeanor
• An engaged, independent, and conscientious working style
• A high level of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
• High willingness to perform, flexibility, and resilience
