Building Services Planner Heating or Sanitary 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a building services planner specialising in heating or sanitary systems. You plan and develop building services installations and ensure their professional implementation. Your tasks include:

• Creating concepts and execution plans for sanitary installations (or heating)

• Dimensioning and calculation of technical systems

• Coordination with other specialist planners and project participants

• Accompanying projects from planning to realisation

• Preparation of tenders and technical documentation

• If you already have experience as a project manager, you are also welcome to take on project leadership

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a building services planner, ideally specialising in sanitary (alternatively heating)

• Professional experience in building services planning

• Experience as a project manager is a great advantage but not essential

• Confident use of common planning software (e.g. Plancal Nova or similar)

• Independent and structured way of working

• Team spirit and enjoyment of collaboration

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
