Your tasks
- You take an active role in planning and supporting school development processes, especially where digital transformation, AI and media education open new paths.
- For the cantonal schools, you design and structure sustainable concepts around the use of digital media.
- You monitor current developments in educational technology and AI, assess their relevance for teaching and derive concrete recommendations for school practice.
- You design, organise and moderate further training and support offers for teachers and school management that are practical, inspiring and relevant.
- In ICT-related projects, you accompany processes and advise teachers on the use of digital and AI-supported tools.
Your profile
- You have completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, media didactics, educational sciences or computer science) or have an equivalent combination of training, further education and professional experience.
- If you also bring several years of experience and know the school environment or collaboration with educational institutions including their dynamics from your own practice, this is a valuable plus.
- You follow current developments in technology, digitalisation and AI with interest and recognise their potential for teaching and learning processes.
- You work in a structured, proactive manner and keep an overview even in complex projects.
- You can prepare and communicate complex technological topics in an understandable, practical and audience-appropriate way.
