- Completed commercial training; experience in health institution admin preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with structured and efficient work style.
- Excellent communication and IT skills; fluent in German, other languages a plus.

Your Tasks
- You support our physio- & occupational therapists with general administrative and organizational tasks in the secretariat.
- You plan and coordinate therapy appointments and ensure reliable appointment confirmations for our patients.
- You are the contact person for our patients both by phone and in writing and receive them in a friendly and professional manner in the outpatient area.
- You ensure a smooth process in administrative therapy planning as well as in obtaining and securing cost approvals.
Your Profile
- You have completed basic commercial training, ideally you already have professional experience in dispatch or administration of a larger health institution.
- You have a good grasp, your working method is structured, efficient and characterized by very good organizational skills.
- You are flexible, resilient and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You can also communicate well in a team and communicate clearly.
- You have very good IT user skills.
- You master the German language in spoken and written form at a high level (additional language skills are an advantage).
