• Guest care – Friendly and competent support of our international guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure

• Check-in & Check-out – Efficient handling of all processes at the reception including billing

• Coordination – Close cooperation with other departments to ensure excellent service

• Administration – Maintenance of guest data, processing reservations and telephone inquiries

• Education – Completed apprenticeship in hospitality or comparable training

• Experience – Initial experience at the front office is an advantage

• Work style – Well-groomed appearance, structured and reliable way of working

• Languages – Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage

• Flexibility – Willingness to work shifts as well as weekend and holiday duties
