Your Tasks
Do you want to take responsibility, help shape things, and keep people at the center? Then you are exactly right at Domicil Egelmoos or Alexandra. In your role, you ensure, together with the team, high-quality, professional, and resident-oriented care and take on daily responsibility in nursing and care routines. You actively contribute your nursing expertise to direct care, ensure high care quality, and consistently implement nursing standards and concepts.
With your open, cooperative attitude, you support teamwork, accompany colleagues in daily nursing, and provide them with professional advice. In close collaboration with the nursing management and team leadership, you contribute to the further development of nursing practice in the residential areas Domicil Alexandra and Egelmoos and bring your experience into improvement and optimization processes. Additionally, you work interdisciplinarily with internal and external specialist departments and contribute to a smooth and professional nursing operation with your responsible, structured way of working.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home nurse, etc.)
- Organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Empathetic, respectful, and patient interaction with residents
