Company Description
The Public Institutions for Integration (EPI) have the mission to contribute to the well-being and social and/or professional integration of people with disabilities or facing difficulties in professional and/or social integration.
The EPIs have a total of more than 1400 collaborators, employees in adapted employment, interns, apprentices, responding to distinct legal and statutory statuses. Attached to the General Management, the Human Resources Services aim to develop, implement and enforce institutional policies in human resources such as personnel management, salary payment, occupational health & safety, and training.
As part of strengthening the HR team, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager at 80% within the HR Advice and Support service.
Job Description
- Assume a role of expert and support for Service Directors, managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
- Handle and coordinate dispute situations with the various parties.
- Lead and support recruitment in collaboration with hierarchical managers.
- Establish a close functional link with the human resources manager, collaborating with them to enable the exchange of information necessary for the proper management of recruitment actions and administrative files.
- Ensure the quality and monitoring of HR processes.
- Ensure the compliance of managerial processes with legislation and company regulations.
- Participate in various HR projects and the development of HR processes (be proactive).
- Conduct exit interviews and draft work certificates.
Qualifications
- Hold a Federal Diploma in Human Resources or a degree in Business Management HEG or in Human Sciences, or equivalent training.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR manager position.
- Very good knowledge of personnel administrative management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of labour law (LTR), law B 5 05 (LPAC) and the Code of Obligations and salary mechanisms of the State of Geneva.
- Proficient in common office software. Knowledge of SmartRecruiters™ (recruitment software) is an asset.
- Strong interest in the mission of integrating people with disabilities or facing integration difficulties.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and a sense of organisation.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Pragmatic, flexible and with a sense of priorities.
- Show dynamism in understanding expectations and in task execution.
