- Comprehensive care of children and adolescents in everyday boarding school life
- Individual, development-oriented support planning
- Key person work and close support of the children/adolescents
- Participation in team meetings and location discussions
- Documentation: writing notes and reports
- Co-design of leisure activities
- Collaboration with school, therapies, and external specialist agencies
- Assistance with cleaning and maintenance of the residential group
Your profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy or as a care specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of working with children and adolescents
- Willingness for professional development
- Driver's license category B
- Good IT skills
