These are the tasks
- You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone and ensure professional customer contact
- You process incoming mail, coordinate information and support the administrative office routine
- You communicate clearly, schedule appointments and reliably check digital work reports
- You always have office supplies, printed materials and archiving well under control
- You create lists, evaluations and presentations and carefully maintain master data
- You take over creditor reminders and manage the cash register responsibly
- You support the planning and implementation of customer and employee events
- You noticeably relieve management as well as specialist and project managers with your administrative support
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ or comparable qualification
- Experience in administration, back office or commercial clerical work is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, ABACUS knowledge is a plus
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Organisational talent as well as enjoyment of teamwork and customer contact
- Flexibility and calmness even in busy situations
