Gardener – Foreman with Team Leadership and Site Organisation
Tasks
- Lead the team on site and coordinate workflows
- Take over site organisation including planning, coordination and control of work steps and material use
- Carry out horticultural work and contribute experience in new installations and maintenance
- Lead and plan seasonal planting and sowing
- Conduct quality checks and ensure that work is carried out professionally
Requirements
- Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
- Experience in team leadership and enjoyment in organising work teams
- High degree of independence and responsibility in a solution-oriented working style
- Possession of driving licence category B and BE for necessary mobility
