YOUR MISSION IN THE ROLE

As a Back Office Pattern Office intern, based in Mendrisio (CH), you will join the Pattern Office supporting activities related to the correct management of data and information to support the pattern makers.

More specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a curious, precise and motivated person to develop their skills in a structured and excellence-oriented environment.

The ideal profile:

• Input, update and management of data, product master data, technical sheets, size charts and codifications in company systems
• Verification, filing and control of technical documentation, ensuring it is updated, complete and aligned.
• Collaboration with Pattern Makers and other company functions to ensure data alignment and respect of deadlines.

WHAT WE OFFER

The position is an extracurricular paid internship. The compensation is CHF 1,250 gross per month.

The remuneration is determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the expected range, any individual compensation definition takes into account knowledge, skills, experience, seniority and relevant training.

• Currently studying or recently graduated
• Interested in the world of fashion, product and technical processes related to pattern making.
• Good familiarity with IT tools, particularly with the Office package and Excel.
• Precise, organised and attentive to detail.
• Methodical and proactive approach.
• Able to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
