Certified Psychiatric Nurse HF/FH, 70 to 90% workload
You support clients who, due to behavioral changes, mental illnesses, addiction problems or memory deficits, are no longer able to manage everyday life at home without help.
As a case-leading employee, you are responsible for the care process and are a positive companion and professional support in everyday life and the personal recovery of our clients. You represent their interests vis-à-vis interfaces such as hospitals, doctors and other institutions. You involve all professional groups and relatives in complex care situations, thereby promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Together with the team, you are responsible for implementing our psychiatry concept in nursing practice.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH
- AKP Psychiatry
- Experience with InterRAI HC or willingness to complete the course
- Enjoyment of the profession and interaction with our clients
- Independent, flexible and team-oriented working style with quality- and responsibility-conscious thinking and acting
- Commitment, openness and humor even in challenging situations
- Spitex and Perigon experience is an advantage
- Strong clinical assessment skills and confident professional appearance
- High advisory competence and enjoyment in coaching employees from the somatic area
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- High social competence, communication skills and resilience
- Willingness to interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous further education
