Your Tasks
- As a specialist nurse, you ensure the best possible, patient-centered care and support for pediatric orthopedic and adult patients based on the nursing process and share responsibility for the department's goals in the sense of the Shared Governance model.
- You carry out the nursing process (including service recording of materials and care) – supported by the hospital information system KISIM – and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing workflows.
- Within the overarching nursing specialist group, you regularly exchange ideas, continuously further your education, and maintain close contact with the specialist team.
- You are responsible for maintaining nursing quality and for creating or adapting guidelines, standards, and instructions.
- In addition, you instruct and support your team colleagues in the care of children.
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) with experience in acute care of children and adolescents.
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation.
- You can handle changing patient situations well.
- You are characterized by conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work.
- Your good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
