To expand our team, we are looking for the department Erlenhof | Electrical Service immediately or by arrangement at our location in Reinach for a:

Electrician (m/f/D) 80% - 100%

Production employee with pedagogical responsibility

The Electrical Service of Erlenhof | Centre combines its integration mission with high-quality carpentry. We create practical jobs, training and integration places for young people and adults, consistently oriented towards the standards of the primary labour market.

The Erlenhof | Electrical Service of the Erlenhof Centre plans and implements electrical installations for new builds and renovations on behalf of customers. The offer includes service, maintenance, repair and upkeep work on electrical systems as well as telephone, network, telecommunications and IT installations.

Additionally, the Electrical Service offers individual and needs-based lighting concepts, solutions in the field of building automation with intelligent control technology, as well as the installation and maintenance of security systems.

Your area of responsibility:

Active support and assistance of our apprentices in their vocational training, oriented towards the primary labour market
Team exchange on work experiences and training progress of the apprentices
Participation in defining training and milestone goals
Independent execution of small orders as well as minor renovations and new builds
Maintenance, service and repair work for customers and Erlenhof properties
Telephone, IT and security installations
Technical advice and maintenance of customer relationships

Your profile:

Completed training as an Electrician EFZ
Trainer of apprentices with corresponding experience
Interest in current regulations, standards and technical developments
Enjoyment in supporting and professionally assisting apprentices
Reliable, responsible and team-oriented working style
Flexibility and overview even in hectic situations
Independent and organised working style
Assertiveness and confident appearance
Enjoyment in working with diverse people
Driving licence category B
