About the job
- You enjoy working with children between 5 and 8 years old and support them in discovering the world
- You plan excursions and afternoon programs together with a well-coordinated team, which you carry out with your group of children
- You communicate in an age- and child-appropriate manner with the children in your care and ensure respectful interaction
- You maintain close collaboration with the teachers and can engage in dialogue with the children’s parents
- Childcare specialist (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Work experience is desired
- You are reliable and punctual
- You enjoy working in a team
- You are solution-oriented, committed, and empathetic
