Information Security Manager & Data Protection Officer (all genders)

WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Ensuring information security: You develop and manage the information security management system (ISMS) according to ISO/IEC 27001 and other relevant standards.
• Ensuring data protection: You take on the role of the data protection officer and ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., revDSG).
• Collaboration within the adesso Group: You maintain the exchange with other companies in the adesso Group and drive group-wide initiatives in the specialist area.
• Managing risks: You identify, assess, and prioritize risks in the area of information security and data protection and develop measures for risk mitigation.
• Training and awareness: You train employees and raise their awareness of information security and data protection issues.
• Incident management: You coordinate and handle security incidents and data breaches, including communication with authorities and affected parties.
• Consulting: You advise departments and projects on information security and data protection requirements.
• Support: If necessary, you are ready to participate in customer projects and support the internal IT team.
• Accompanying audits: You prepare internal and external audits, conduct them, and accompany them professionally.
• Documentation and processes: You maintain and further develop policies, processes, and templates in the area of information security and data protection.

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• Education & qualification: You have completed vocational training in the field of computer science or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Expertise in information security: You have solid knowledge in the area of ISO/IEC 27001 as well as training or further education in IT or information security (e.g., CAS Information Security, ITIL, certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CEH, etc.).
• Data protection expertise: You know the requirements of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and ideally already have experience as a data protection officer.
• Experience in ISMS: You have experience in the establishment, operation, or management of an ISMS and are familiar with audit procedures and the requirements of certification bodies.
• Analytical and structured working method: You work in a structured, analytical, and team-oriented manner and bring a high problem-solving competence.
• IT competence: You are proficient with MS Office 365 and ideally know tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Language skills: You have very good English and German language skills.
