Responsibilities
Nursing specialists HF bear professional responsibility throughout the entire nursing process. They are responsible for planning, executing, delegating, and monitoring nursing measures. After gathering detailed information about the care needs and the patients' requirements, they create a care concept. In the team, they carry out the nursing measures and monitor their effects and success. They closely observe the course of the illness and the recovery process. In the nursing documentation, they record the latest developments daily and share their knowledge during ward reports and doctor visits. Nursing specialists HF are repeatedly confronted with challenging situations in their work: They assist patients who are in varying physical and mental conditions and accompany people in all life situations.Requirements
For the shortened study (Start Winter & Spring), a qualification as a Health Specialist EFZ and an introductory internship in the acute care sector are required.For the 3-year training (Start Winter), we are looking for individuals without a FaGe qualification, with the following requirements:
Completion of at least a 3-year vocational basic education with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or
Specialist school certificate or gymnasial maturity
