Train Driver Trainee (m/f/d), Cat. B100
To complete our train driver team, we are looking for a motivated individual as a Train Driver Trainee Cat. B100 for WSB at the locations Menziken or Schöftland from 1 February 2027.
Your tasks
- You will operate our trains safely, punctually, comfortably, and energy-consciously on the Menziken – Aarau – Schöftland route (WSB)
- You will prepare our trains for operation with technical and operational checks
- In the event of unforeseen incidents, you will carry out fault rectification on the vehicles entrusted to you
- You will take on customer service and information duties on unaccompanied trains
Your profile
- Completion of at least a 3-year recognised vocational training (EFZ) or Matura is mandatory
- Enjoyment of irregular working hours (shift and weekend work)
- You like taking responsibility and enjoy working with people
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training as a Train Driver Cat. B100
- Good health as well as good, healthy hearing and vision
