Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, Day or Night Shift, 40-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You provide needs-oriented, appropriate and professional care and support to patients (either in the day or night shift)
• You implement the individual nursing process
• You accompany and support patients in everyday life as well as in crisis situations and create a health-promoting environment
• Collegial collaboration with other wards and teams is also part of your demanding responsibilities
• Additionally, you prepare documentation and adhere to nursing standards
• You also accompany and lead individual and group activities and work closely with internal and external agencies (depending on day or night shift)
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 40 - 100%
   

Requirements

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist FH / HF (recognition by the SRK is required for foreign diplomas)
• Experience in psychiatry / psychotherapy is advantageous but not mandatory
• Furthermore, you are a flexible and resilient nursing specialist and enjoy diverse care and various medical-technical tasks
• Do you consider yourself socially competent, conscientious, and resilient?
