The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces, and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.
What you can achieve:
As a project leader, you take responsibility for development projects. With your technical background, you professionally manage the entire product development process and ensure that scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to. You lead interdisciplinary project teams and ensure that technical decisions are made well-founded, transparent, and goal-oriented.
At the same time, you apply your leadership skills to support, coach, and accompany team members in their professional and personal development. Through your clear communication, structured approach, and ability to oversee complex technical contexts, you create an environment where the project team works efficiently together and high-quality system solutions are developed.
What you bring:
- Completed studies in a technical or scientific field
- Experience in project management (waterfall and agile) as well as in leading project teams within a matrix organization
- Practical experience in one of the following areas: automation technologies, mechatronic systems, or life science applications
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Creative and open personality who enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams
