About the job
As the central contact person, coordinating hub and driving force of the digital strategy, you will significantly shape the further development of FINMA into a digital authority. Through close collaboration with senior management and your anchoring in the Divisional Operating Office Operations, you have the necessary impact to successfully implement strategic initiatives.
- Overall responsibility for the implementation, further development and governance of the FINMA digital strategy
- Management of the digitisation portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle, from idea generation to transfer into operations
- Preparation of strategic decision-making bases as well as reporting for executive management and the board of directors
- Ensuring achievement of objectives regarding quality, deadlines, risks, costs and budget
- Proactive stakeholder management as well as driving decisions and escalations at senior management level
- Technical leadership of a small team as well as technical leadership within the programme organisation
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high implementation strength
- At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, change management and programme management
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in finance, technology or supervisory context
- Confident leadership personality with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High personal responsibility, decisiveness and strong conflict resolution skills
- Proven experience at the interface of top management, specialist departments and technology
- German language skills (C2) as well as good French (B1) and English skills (B2)
