You will work in a complex international setup of 25+ entities across IP, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

You will work in a complex international setup of 25+ entities across IP, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial operations.
Description
- Prepare and consolidate periodic legal entity profitability forecasts.
- Develop product-specific gross and net profit forecasts.
- Analyze actuals vs. forecasts, investigate variances, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare quarterly foreign-currency exposure forecasts to support corporate treasury.
- Perform forward-looking cash-flow analysis for company-wide cash management.
- Present forecasts and analysis to finance leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for cash management at the entity level.
- Coordinate financial impacts from product supply chains.
- Collaborate with Business Services Center on intercompany and cash activities.
- Work closely with entity lead accountants on operational matters.
- Support KPI development and controlling tools for the Finance Manager.
- Lead or participate in finance projects focused on collaboration and process improvement.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- +5 years of experience as an accountant, financial analyst, or planner in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
- Skilled in process optimization and leveraging technology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- High integrity and professional ethics.
