About the job
We are looking for an
Apprenticeship as Cook EFZ (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
In our staff restaurant of the company Lonza in Visp, we cater daily for hundreds of guests with diverse menus and varied buffets. Caterings and special occasions complete our offer.
As an apprentice, you will be supervised by professional and practical trainers, participate in regular excursions and enjoy 6 weeks of holiday.
Your tasks in our kitchen are versatile and exciting. You support cool events and ensure through your care in the area of hygiene that our guests remain healthy and satisfied.
Here is an overview of your area of responsibility:
- Production and presentation of dishes and meals
- Collaboration in events & projects
- Compliance with hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Ordering and incoming goods inspection
- Preparation work in the kitchen
- Cleaning and tidying tasks
Your profile
