Project Manager for Complex and Demanding Buildings, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take over project management for large-scale projects from planning to realisation
• You will lead and coordinate all planners and specialists involved in the project
• You will also be the primary contact person for the client and authorities
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for cost control, meeting deadlines and quality
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a qualification as a certified construction manager, certified building technician in structural engineering or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Furthermore, you have completed further training in project management or can demonstrate several years of professional experience as a project manager
