Production Operative 3-Shift

Your Tasks

• Operating and monitoring modern, automated production equipment
• Participating in ongoing production and supporting various production processes
• Performing simple assembly, packaging, and finishing tasks
• Conducting quality checks and sorting out defective products
• Providing and checking materials for production
• Properly storing and managing goods and materials
• Preparing and providing goods for shipping
• Supporting the optimisation of workflows
• Taking on general operational tasks

Your Profile

• Experience in production, logistics, or a similar work environment is an advantage
• Good physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Reliable, careful, and independent working style
• Good quality awareness and precise working methods
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a high level of commitment
• Motivated career changers are also welcome
