- As a shift coordinator, you take responsibility for the operational management of your shift and ensure that production processes run smoothly.
- You plan personnel deployment proactively and ensure that the available resources are used optimally.
- Together with your team, you actively work on the production lines and accompany trial productions to further develop our processes.
- In your role as a Continuous Improvement Specialist during the off-season, you analyze processes, identify improvement potentials, and derive concrete measures from them.
- Furthermore, you drive cross-departmental improvement projects forward and promote a culture of continuous development.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training in the food industry, as a machine operator EFZ, or have comparable professional experience in production.
- You like to take responsibility, communicate clearly, and lead your team with commitment and by example.
- Thanks to your technical understanding and structured way of working, you succeed in specifically optimizing production processes.
- Ideally, you have experience or interest in the areas of continuous improvement, lean management, or process optimization.
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift operation and want to continuously develop yourself professionally and personally.
