The Adullam Foundation is a leading institution for geriatric medicine, therapy and care in Northwestern Switzerland. It operates a hospital and an affiliated care centre each in Basel and Riehen. The approximately 800 employees offer elderly people a regionally unique all-round care from acute medicine through rehabilitation to transitional and long-term care. Your contribution
- You harmonise nursing quality and the individual needs of our patients
- You are responsible for the nursing diagnostic process (according to NANDA) and ensure structured, professionally sound care
- You accompany and support FaGe trainees as well as HF students in their learning process
- You actively represent the nursing service in the interprofessional team
What distinguishes you
- Qualification as a dipl. nurse HF/FH or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Experience in an acute hospital or in rehabilitation
- An open, solution-oriented and proactive working style
- High social competence, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Very good German skills as well as confident IT user skills
