PROJECT MANAGER EIA

At Added Value Engineering, we transform ideas into concrete and sustainable industrial projects. Present throughout the French-speaking part of Switzerland, we support our clients in high value-added sectors such as Fine Chemistry, Pharma, Biotechnology, Food, Microelectronics. Our activity revolves around three complementary areas of expertise: Process (Chemical, Thermal, Mechanical Engineering), EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation) and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

As part of our development in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, we are today strengthening our team and looking for a

PROJECT MANAGER EIA (Electricity, Instrumentation, Automation)

Your missions:

• Lead and coordinate industrial EIA projects (chemistry, pharma, food, ...), from

design to implementation

• Analyze client needs, participate in drafting specifications and

ensure the technical compliance of proposed solutions

• Plan, organize and monitor the execution of technical services (studies,

bids, site supervision, commissioning)

• Ensure the contractual, financial and administrative management of projects
• Coordinate the intervention of various internal and external stakeholders (engineers,

draftsmen, subcontractors, suppliers, clients)

• Verify compliance with Swiss and international standards, including ATEX
• Be a driving force for innovative solutions and technological monitoring
• Participate in the training and mentoring of project teams

Your profile:

• Engineering degree or HES/EPF/Bachelor technician or equivalent in Electricity
• Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years on complex industrial projects, ideally in an

engineering office or general company in the French-speaking part of Switzerland

• Mastery of technical, regulatory and contractual aspects of EIA also in ATEX environments, as well

as CAD/CAE tools (AutoCAD, Revit...)

• Organizational skills, autonomy and leadership; ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously

• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical mind and attention to detail
• Knowledge of regulated environments
• Fluency in French, knowledge of English. German is a plus.
