About the job
Your Tasks
• You handle all medical emergency calls in shifts at the Medical Emergency Call Centre 144 for the entire canton of Aargau
• A professional assessment of the urgency of a medical emergency call, dispatch and coordination of rescue resources in the operational area, as well as partner organisations are among your core tasks
• You competently and purposefully advise and support callers in alarm situations to provide assistance and reassurance
• We offer thorough training and a fantastic crisis-resilient team – and if you want to work with patients again later, part-time work is an established option with us
• You support the operational management and further development of the Medical Emergency Call Centre 144 AG by taking on additional tasks
Your Profile
• Completed training as a certified paramedic HF, emergency call centre dispatcher FA, transport paramedic FA or nursing expert NDS
• Good IT skills to support operational coordination
• Appreciative and professional interaction with callers, operational teams and partner organisations
• Team-oriented personality with high trust and cooperation skills
• Willingness to undertake further training for the emergency call centre dispatcher certificate
