- Support and further development of existing IT systems and networks
- Assistance with the migration of on-premise infrastructures to cloud solutions
- Ensuring smooth IT operations as well as conducting error analyses and troubleshooting
- Advising and supporting customers on technical questions and in selecting suitable IT solutions
- Carrying out projects in the area of IT security and compliance
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Several years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer or in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux servers
- Experience with virtualisation technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Strong skills in networking and IT security
- Experience in customer support and in carrying out IT projects
- Teamwork skills, solution-oriented working and a high service orientation
- Confident German language skills (at least level C1)
- Good English skills (at least level B1)

Tasks
- Planning, implementation and management of complex IT infrastructures at customers- Support and further development of existing IT systems and networks

Profile
- Completed training (EFZ) or degree in computer science (HF, FH, university)- Several years of professional experience as an IT System Engineer or in a comparable position
