Employee OP and Bed Disposition

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Planning and coordination of inpatient and outpatient surgery appointments and bed allocation
• Calling up and informing patients
• Co-responsible for managing optimal utilization of the operating program of the bed wards as well as the day clinic
• Close collaboration with hospital-internal doctors, attending physicians, and nursing staff
• As a central interface, you ensure a quick and good flow of information (internal and external) and are an important contact point for our interprofessional care teams

This is how you convince us:

• Basic training in the medical field (certified nurse / OT / MPA or health professional) as well as knowledge of patient flows in a hospital
• PC user skills are required (MS Office), knowledge of RAP and SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of the specialties surgery, orthopedics, internal medicine, urology, gynecology, and obstetrics is an advantage
• You are a resilient and flexible person with a reliable, independent, and structured way of working
