About us
For over 55 years, the international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training – evidence-based, effective, and clearly structured. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we pursue one goal: to make people capable, healthy, and self-determined through targeted strengthening of the musculoskeletal system – at any age.
Kieser Physiotherapy
Kieser Physiotherapy is an independent and integral part of our brand. Our physiotherapy practice is based on the Kieser Method and combines active rehabilitation with medical strength training.
Your mission
As part of our physio team, you combine evidence-based occupational therapy with the targeted transition of patients into active training directly in the Kieser studio. You think therapy forward, promote self-efficacy, and support people in regaining responsibility for their health and daily life.
What you achieve
Design therapy individually: You analyze the occupational therapy needs of your patients and derive targeted, everyday-relevant treatment approaches.
Strengthen independence in daily life: You actively promote the ability to act of your patients and support them in regaining or newly developing lost competencies in everyday life.
Activate resources: You recognize existing abilities and use them specifically to enable sustainable progress in coping with everyday demands.
Accompany therapeutic development: You document and evaluate the therapy process and continuously adapt measures to the individual progress.
Work interdisciplinarily: You work closely with various specialist areas and actively bring your occupational therapy perspective into the overall treatment.
Enable sustainable change: You support patients in developing long-term strategies for more participation, self-determination, and quality of life.
What to expect from us
Holistic therapy process: You accompany patients from structured occupational therapy assessment to everyday-oriented therapy and promotion of independence.
Communication as key: You explain therapeutic content understandably and close to everyday life, thereby strengthening motivation, trust, and active cooperation.
Individual, needs-based therapy: You work independently and consistently align your treatment with the personal goals and limitations of the patients.
Active participation: You contribute to the further development of occupational therapy processes, workflows, and offers and actively shape structures.
Transparent development: Together with patients and the team, you set realistic goals, make progress visible, and continuously reflect on treatment results.
Connection of therapy and training: You work closely with the studio team and contribute to the transition to independent training in the studio.
What defines you
You want to really make a difference with your work – for your patients and your professional environment. You believe in the potential of occupational therapy treatment, everyday-oriented therapy, education, and responsible health promotion. In addition to professional knowledge, you also bring:
You are an occupational therapist (m/f/d) with SRK recognition and have a special interest in hand therapy (including splint making, adjustment, and scar treatment) as well as in orthopedics, rheumatology, and neurology.
High intrinsic motivation to accompany patients sustainably, combined with enthusiasm for the profession and openness to further development.
An open, empathetic manner and the ability to communicate clearly and solution-oriented, as well as very good German skills (at least C1) – additional languages such as English or French are an advantage.
You act reliably, contribute your experience purposefully, use evidence-based methods, and approach tasks with commitment and solution orientation.
In our team, commitment, mutual support, and respectful interaction count; enthusiasm for work, courage for clear positions, and openness to new things are important to us.
