- Completed apprenticeship as a gardener or several years of professional experience in garden maintenance
- Driving licence category B (preferably with trailer)
- Customer-friendly demeanour
- Teamwork skills, reliability
- Enjoyment of varied work
- Enjoyment in working with plants
