At Schlieren School, around 50 motivated care staff work together with 580 children to shape everyday life in the school’s supplementary care. The children experience community and relationships with children and adults. They find time and space in play, shared meals, and activities to develop emotional and social skills appropriate to their age.

From 1 August 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for several flexible, pedagogically suitable individuals for care in Schlieren as

Care Assistant, 15%

The care assistant supports the care teams during school weeks at lunchtime in their tasks with the children. They share responsibility for the children’s leisure activities, preparation or cooking of healthy meals, and perform domestic tasks.

Your duties include:

• Caring for a group of children in collaboration with the after-school care team
• Domestic tasks in the kitchen during care hours
