About the job
The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024, has 56 beds, and covers two missions: geriatrics and psychiatry of advanced age. The institution will also benefit from 12 temporary care places, including the Memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS of Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafés. Around 70 collaborators work there. It is the dream opportunity to join a new establishment and a new team!
To strengthen our Animation service, we are looking, from 1 August 2026 or to be agreed, for a:
Social and Educational Assistant (M/F) at 60%

YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Join a dynamic CAT team at the heart of the medical-social support network of the Côte
- Train in the specific "Memory CAT" approach and provide cognitive and psychosocial support to beneficiaries
- Plan and implement diverse socio-cultural services
- Support beneficiaries in socio-cultural activities and cognitive stimulation
- Define, lead and evaluate personalised support projects for beneficiaries
- Ensure transport for the CAT
- Participate in network meetings (CMS, caregivers, Memory Centre, etc.)
- Ensure traceability in the computerised file (Carefolio)
- Supervise and evaluate apprentices, interns or students of the service
YOU HAVE
- A recognised OFFT Federal VET Diploma as a social and educational assistant (ASE)
- A company trainer certificate (FEE), an asset
- A driving licence and experience driving a minibus essential
- At least 2 years’ experience in geriatric support
- First experience in a Temporary Care Centre, an asset
- A great capacity to adapt
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Autonomy, a sense of responsibility and initiative
- Proficiency in office and IT tools
