About the job
Your Tasks
- Outpatient social psychiatric treatment of people who are impaired in personal, social, and professional life management due to a mental illness
- Involvement of the social environment, if necessary follow-up and outreach treatment, clinical case management, and network work
- Close cooperation with internal and external partners in the social psychiatric field
- Provision of minor medical-nursing services, e.g. i.m. injections
- Collaboration in an interprofessional team
Your Profile
- Training as a certified nurse HF / FH with ideally at least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Enjoy working in an interprofessional team
- Independence, resilience, and ability to work in a team
- Interest in further professional development
