Your tasks include
- Leading, managing, and guiding a group of employees in the second labor market
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and the quality of customer orders
- Customer contact and administrative tasks
- Conducting conflict, qualification, and location discussions with employees in the second labor market
- Special assignments in consultation with the team management
- In addition to an exciting and varied task in our team, there is the possibility, depending on your suitability and the further internal selection process, to take over the deputy team management.
You bring the following:
- A recognized professional qualification
- Experience in the field of work pedagogy is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and business understanding
