Senior Account Manager*in Heat/Cold (m/f/d) 100%
District heating is an indispensable partner in the energy transition. The district heating network of IBL is under construction and there is still much to do. Bring your organizational talent to the team of Daniel Schütz, Head of Heat/Cold.
As Senior Account Manager*in Heat/Cold and Deputy Head of Heat/Cold, you play an active and important role in shaping and further developing the IBL district heating network. Do you want to make a difference with your work and make an important contribution to IBL's energy future? Then we need your energy.
Tasks and responsibilities
You bring with you
- Completed technical apprenticeship, further education at university of applied sciences level, technician, master craftsman or comparable higher technical education
- Business management training
- Experience/training in project management, sales and procurement of complex services/systems, solid business management knowledge
- Several years of experience in project management, personnel management experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge or further training in the field of heat/cold, energy supply
- Knowledge of quality management and occupational safety requirements
- Car driving license
- Advanced IT user skills
You are enthusiastic about
- Sustainable maintenance of the network of relationships and customer relationships in the heat sector
- Maintaining customers and acquiring new customers for heat networks
- Project management, support and monitoring in the heat sector
- Co-responsibility for the creation, documentation, review and maintenance of QM processes and documents (IFS), sales and customer files and data regarding heat/cold projects (data structure, data maintenance, data management, data storage)
- Participation in ensuring the professional training of suppliers, partners, customers and IBL employees in the heat sector
- Ensuring year-round operation, maintenance and servicing of the heating center and the district heating network
- Representation of IBL in professional associations, participation in planning and working groups
- Performing on-call duties
