About the job
What you can achieve
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the four-member administration team as well as organization and optimization of secretarial processes
- Interface function between the secretariat and the department areas (outpatient clinic, dialysis, transplantation, research)
- Comprehensive administrative support of the chief physician including correspondence, inquiries, as well as appointment and agenda management
- Planning and support of meetings, preparation of documents, minute-taking and pending task management
- Internal and external communication in German and English (ideally also Italian)
- Organization of events, travel, congresses and meetings as well as support in onboarding new employees
What you bring with you
- Professional training in the commercial field or in an equivalent nursing profession with commercial further education
- Professional experience in a comparable function in healthcare desired
- Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form; Italian and French are an advantage
- Strong service orientation, precise and structured working style as well as very good organizational skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, reliability and flexibility
- Positive attitude, confident appearance as well as discretion and loyalty
