Roofer Site/Team Leader

Here is what you will do
- Independent supervision and execution of various roofing tasks (e.g. creating underroofs/thermal insulation/vapour barriers, laying covering materials, installing ventilated facades etc.) – we work in new construction, renovation and refurbishment
- Cost-conscious management and coordination of construction sites in technical and personnel matters in consultation with the project teams
- Leading and motivating a group on site at the construction site
- Quality control and assurance, compliance with specifications and SIA standards
- Apprentice training
These are your skills and strengths
- Training as a roofer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Further training as a team leader/object manager Polybau or similar further training or corresponding experience
- Independence, commitment and sense of responsibility
- A team-oriented, likeable and motivated personality
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Driving licence category B
