About the job
Shape the drainage of tomorrow with us. In this role, a central key position is taken in the sustainable development of the drainage infrastructure of the sixth largest city in Switzerland. The focus is on future-oriented rainwater management, forward-looking planning of drainage systems, and expert support of construction projects. For these demanding tasks, an experienced professional is sought who takes responsibility, develops pragmatic solutions, and actively contributes their knowledge to the team.Your Tasks
- Development of concepts, variants, and decision-making bases for structural and hydraulic issues
- Collaboration in updating the General Drainage Plan (GEP) as well as support in tenders, specifications, and contracts
- Definition, prioritisation, and implementation of measures in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Management and supervision of sewer construction projects as well as participation in rainwater management projects
- Ensuring efficient sewer operation
Your Profile
- Civil, cultural, or environmental engineer or construction manager (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of experience in the drainage field
- Team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
- High reliability and initiative
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
