The Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi, and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Also, specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri, and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop stores throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Production and preparation of rice according to recipes, production plans, and work instructions
- Operating, monitoring, and setting up production equipment
- Mise en place tasks
- Various tidying and cleaning duties
- Adhering to cleaning and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable role in the food industry
- High reliability
- Good German skills, at least level A2
- Clean, precise, and efficient working method
- Stress-resistant, resilient, and physically fit
