Your tasks
- Project management for the introduction and further development of the diagnostics module of our clinical information system KISIM.
- Analysis of processes and interfaces between KISIM and the specialist applications in the laboratory (LIS), microbiology, pathology, and immunohematology areas.
- Development of concepts and specifications for the implementation of the diagnostics module and for the HL7 interfaces between KISIM and the specialist applications. You test new developments and customer-specific adjustments.
- Competent advice to our customers on the use of the KISIM diagnostics module and conducting training sessions. In addition, you take over customer-specific parameterization and adapt the module individually to their needs.
- Cooperation with project teams and close collaboration with the customer-side contacts. This ensures smooth coordination between all parties involved.
- Close collaboration with internal development and co-responsibility for the further development of the diagnostics module.
Your profile
- Education in healthcare (e.g., BMA HF), in medical informatics, or a university or university of applied sciences degree with relevant experience.
- Familiar with laboratory processes, ideally experience in other areas of the diagnostics team (pathology, dialysis, lung function, radiology).
- Experience from LIS projects or in the parameterization and connection of LIS systems. Knowledge of other systems such as KIS, RIS, PACS is a plus.
- Initial experience in specification, implementation, and testing of HL7 interfaces. Knowledge of HL7 FHIR is a plus.
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze, develop solutions (requirements engineering), specify, and document them.
- Appreciates and practices a systematic and transparent working style but also actively contributes to a motivated team.
- Service-oriented, communicative, with a confident, convincing demeanor and enjoyment of professional customer contact.
- Fluent in German spoken and written, ideally very good English.
